As part of the ongoing dematerialization of our academic services, we would like to inform you that the new digital forms for your doctoral path are now available.

This transition aims to make all administrative procedures faster, simpler, and more eco-friendly by eliminating the need for paper document submissions.

What changes?

• New Templates: All previous application forms have been discontinued.

• Access: The new forms must be downloaded and submitted directly through the Link ist.pt/apg/forms

• Mandatory Use: Moving forward, only requests submitted using these new digital formats will be accepted.
