IST Best PhD Thesis Award
Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) Best PhD Thesis Award aims to recognize the author of the PhD thesis that stands out most for its exceptional scientific quality and innovation within a given scientific domain. Eligible candidates are those who obtained their Doctor degree from IST with the highest qualification, “Pass with Distinction and Honours”, within the two years preceding the application deadline. The selection process is conducted by a jury composed of internationally renowned professors and researchers. The winners will receive a monetary prize and an official diploma in recognition of their significant contribution to their respective scientific domain.
